PaVendors.com enjoys an average of 175,000 visitors a month. We have nearly 3,000 pages in which to target your display ad - and we're still growing!

Your Display Ad will be placed on at least 50 different pages throughout PaVendors.com for an entire year!
PLUS your "free listing" will be upgraded to an "enhanced listing" and placed on all relevant directories.

Prices:

  • We design your display ad: $100 a year.
  • Send us a pre-designed display ad that requires no editing: $75 a year.
  • Display ads for events that take place once a year (i.e. craft shows): $50 a year.
  • Special placement (i.e. Home Page) $10 per month per page (6 month maximum.)
  • 20% discount for non-profits.

We place your ad on at least 50 different pages throughout PaVendors.com - choosing the most relevant pages based on your location and the type of product, service or event you offer. AND your ads run for an entire YEAR!

Display advertising is different than the free listings we offer to businesses, services, organizations, events, etc. There are limitations for free listings that can be resolved with a display ad. For instance, we only accept free listing for Pennsylvania businesses and events. If you are not physically located in Pennsylvania - you can still reach a Pennsylvania audience with a display ad. We also only accept only one free listing per person or business. So if you offer more than one service or product and would like to be included on several directories instead of just one, you can do so by becoming a display advertiser.

Guidelines:

  • Ad Size: We try to keep display ads no larger than 500 pixels wide or long so viewers to do not have to scroll to see your entire ad. We reserve the right to reduce the size of ads for certain pages in order to reduce page load time for the convenience of our visitors.
  • Your display ad can link to your Website - and we strongly suggest that it does! (Only one link per display ad.)
  • We never provide an active link to email addresses in order to protect our advertisers and our Website. Email addresses are listed with quotes and spaces to help prevent spambots and spammers (i.e. "yourname @ email.com".)
  • We guarantee that your display ad will be placed on at least 50 pages throughout PaVendors.com. Ads are placed on pages most relevant to the type of business or service your provide and your physical location. If located in Pennsylvania, ads are placed on all directories and most individual events pages for your home county, then the adjacent counties. If your business serves the entire state of Pennsylvania, we will also place your ad on other relevant pages throughout all counties.
  • Special Placement: We charge a low rate for display ads in order to give us flexibility with placement of ads. Advertisers wishing to have an ad appear on specific pages (such as our Home Page) are charged an additional $10 per month per page requested. Ad placement guarantees are for a maximum 6-month period (which is renewable) in order to allow for a waiting list.
  • Display Ads must be paid for in advance before we begin design. We apologize for the inconvenience, but this policy has become necessary to put a stop to wasted time on our part designing ads and then we never receive payment.
  • Money Back Guarantee: It is our goal to do our best to make your ad exactly what you want and we will keep trying until we get it right. If after numerous attempts you still are not happy with your ad design, we will issue a partial refund based on the amount of time we spent revising and re-designing your ad. So far, we have never had anyone not like their ad! :-)

Use the form below to submit information to us for use in designing a Display Ad to appear on PaVendors.com. Your ad will appear on at least 50 pages for one year for only $100 (payable in advance.) After you hit "Order Now" the form results go to our Mailbox. We will then contact you by email with further information about the design of your ad along with an invoice. As soon as we receive your payment we will start work on your ad on a "private page" which you will be able to view at any time so you can make suggestions for changes. We will continue to work on your ad until it is exactly what you want. Once approved, we then start placing your ad on at least 50 pages - but probably more!
