Lincoln Elementary Holiday Arts and Craft Show

Arts and crafts vendors wanted!

DESCRIPTION: Dear Crafter,

You are invited to participate in the 24th Annual Holiday Arts and Craft Show at Lincoln Elementary School on Saturday December 3, 2011 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The booths are located in the Gymnasium, lobby area and hallways.

The following details will apply:

1. There is space for more than 50 vendors – the space sizes are as follows: Lobby Spaces have at least 10 front feet.  Gymnasium spaces measure 6 x 10 feet (60 square feet).  Hallway spaces are 12 feet long and kept to one side to facilitate walking area for patrons.
2. No commission will be charged on sales.
3. Please have a Pennsylvania Sales Tax License.  Law requires that you display the license at your location.
4. Security will be provided the day of the show.
5. Muscle Power will be available to assist in the unloading of your crafts beginning at 7 AM the day of the show.
6. Advertising to the Merchandiser and The Gettysburg Times will be supplied by the Lincoln PTO.  Handout advertising will be sent home with students in all elementary schools in the Gettysburg Area School District.
7. Food and drinks will be available in our cafeteria for purchase by the crafters and the general public – there is also a Bake Sale in the cafeteria run by the PTO parents.

We ask that you follow the rules below:

1. Set-up time the day of the show will begin at 7:00 AM as we open the building.  Prior arrangements can be made for Friday evening set-up from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.  Please call 717-752-5698 and leave a message for Stephanie if you wish to set up at this time.
2. Vendors must remain until the end of the show.
3. In order to keep parking for patrons of the show we ask that vendors bring ONE VEHICLE.  After unloading please park your vehicle in a parking spot.
4. The sponsor will not assume responsibility or liability in case of loss due to fire, theft or damage.
5. REFUNDS for CANCELLATION of a reserved space will not be made after OCTOBER 15th – regardless of reason.
6. Subletting of your space is not allowed.
7. Please – no baked goods are to be sold by vendors as it interferes with our PTO bake sale.

A Craft Raffle will again be held with donations from participating vendors.  Please send your donation to the school office first thing on the morning of the show.  The money from the raffle of your donation and your booth fee go directly to the Lincoln PTO.  Our students and parents THANK YOU!!!
