A Little Bit of Humor...
A man was driving down the road. He passed a traffic camera
and saw it flash.
Astounded that he had been caught speeding when he was doing the speed
limit, he turned around and, going even slower, he passed by the camera.
Again, he saw it flash. He couldn't believe it! So he turned and, going a
snail's pace, he passed the camera.
Again, he saw the camera flash. He guessed it must have a fault,
and home he went.
Four weeks later he received 3 traffic fines in the mail, all for not
wearing a seatbelt.
This joke was sent to us in an email over
10 years ago.

Words of Wisdom and
Inspiration...
"The American city should be a collection of
communities where every member has a right to belong. It should be a place where every man
feels safe on his streets and in the house of his friends. It should be a place where each
individual's dignity and self-respect is strengthened by the respect and affection of his
neighbors. It should be a place where each of us can find the satisfaction and warmth which
comes from being a member of the community of man. This is what man sought at the dawn of
civilization. It is what we seek today." -- Lyndon B. Johnson
