The Original Kittanning Train and Toy Show

WHEN: Annually - the last Sunday in February.
Sunday, February 26, 2012 - 10AM to 4PM

WHERE: Kittanning Township Volunteer Fire Hall,
Route 422, Kittanning PA (Armstrong County Pennsylvania.)
The fire hall is located 3-1/2 miles east of Kittanning PA.

DESCRIPTION: Toy and train show event with lots of vendors with everything for toy and model train enthusiasts and collectors.

Admission: Adults $3, children 12 and under free.

Note: The Toy & Train Show is held twice a year - February and November.

While working as a mall Santa, I had many children ask for electric trains. "If you get a train," I would tell each one, "you know your dad is going to want to play with it too. Is that okay?"
The usual answer was a quick yes, but after I asked one boy this question, he became very quiet. Trying to move the conversation along, I asked what else he would like Santa to bring him.
He promptly replied, "Another train."
