Festival Park is located across from Point Stadium in downtown Johnstown.

DESCRIPTION: Annual music festival held the first weekend in August. The AmeriServ Flood City Music Festival is the successor event to the Johnstown FolkFest and is produced by the Johnstown Area Heritage Association.
