Parking During Fall Foliage Attempting to park in town during Fall Foliage can be a major challenge, so your best bet is to come early to avoid traffic and follow one of these alternatives: If you're coming into town on 209 South, then proceed to the traffic light and go right to the County Municipal Parking Lot just past the downtown train station. The parking fee is $5. From Nesquehoning on 209N or on 903S proceed past the traffic light at the Lehigh River Bridge to the municipal lot.
