Farmer's Market

WHEN: Saturday mornings in June, July and August from 8AM to 1PM

WHERE: Big Spring Event and Activities Center,
2 Chestnut Street, Newville PA 17241
(Cumberland County Pennsylvania.)

DESCRIPTION: The Big Spring Event & Activities Center will host a Farmers Market on Saturday mornings from 8AM to 1PM during June, July, and August 2011.

NOTE: No Farmer’s Market on June 18, July 16, or July 23, 2011.

Vendors may begin setting up at 7AM. Vendor spaces are 12’ x 7’ and are available for $10.00 per day. This space does not include a table. If you want us to provide a table and one chair, the cost is an additional $5.00 and tables are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Dept. of Agriculture Compliance: Vendors selling items at the Farmers Market are responsible to be sure they are in compliance with the Bureau of Food Safety through the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture. Requirements and guidelines are available online at www.agriculture.state.pa.us or you can call 717-787-4315.

Parking is available across Route 233 on East Liberty Avenue behind the Newville Historical Society and at the Boy Scout facility on Vine Street.
