DESCRIPTION: The Gathering at French Creek is a festival that celebrates Union City, Pennsylvania's historic background of being a gathering place as the town is strategically located at a crossroads of both water and land routes. Come join us in celebration of our area's rich heritage. Come enjoy the period costumes, cannon and rifle firing, and close order drill demonstrations. You wont want to miss the Night Fire Canon Demonstrations. They are a crowd favorite! The Lake Erie Pirates will again be joining re-enactors from the French and Indian War through the Civil War. A blacksmith and portrait painter will be among the crafters and tradesmen that will be on site giving demonstrations throughout the weekend.

There will be food vendors selling everything to satisfy your craving during the weekend.
