Carbondale is located 15 miles northeast of Scranton PA. DESCRIPTION: Join us for the annual Music, Wine and Art Festival event. Two stages of music, 19 venues along the Art Walk, live artist demonstrations, street performers, Wine Tasting Venue (ticketed venue must be 21 years of age or older to purchase ticket.)
