WHEN: Saturday, December 3, 2011 - 9AM to 1PM
WHERE: Elizabethtown Moose Lodge,
18 North Market Street, Elizabethtown PA 17022
(Lancaster County Pennsylvania.)
DESCRIPTION: Holiday Shopping Extravaganza event.
Vendors Wanted! Art and craft
vendors wanted.
Direct sales vendors wanted.
Antique and collectible dealers wanted.
Other vendors wanted (businesses, companies, services, organizations, non-profits, etc.)
Vendor Guidelines:

Event is inside and will be held rain or shine.
-
Set up begins at 7:30AM. Only vendors helping with set-up will be admitted earlier.
- No one is allowed to dismantle prior to 1PM.

All vendors must be pre-registered with fee paid in full by November 1, 2011. (Vendor fees are the
following: 8 foot table $10.00, 8 x 8 square $20.00.)

Please advise if you need electric. Limited electric will be available.

Food vendors need to provide proof of insurance.

Some tables are available and will be given on a first-come basis.

Event coordinators and the Moose are not responsible for theft, damage or liability.

All vendors are responsible for clean up.

Refunds will only be given prior to November 1st, unless I have a backup vendor who agrees to take your
spot.

I will only accept one vendor per company, but can have multiple vendors in each category.

All vendors must sign that they have read, understand and agree to these guidelines.
-
Any checks returned for insufficient funds will be charged a $20.00 fee on top of the fee for the
event.
