Pots in the Park

WHEN: Friday and Saturday, May 20 & 21, 2011
          Friday 8AM to 5PM, Saturday 8AM to 3PM

WHERE: Justus Park in downtown Historic Oil City PA (Venango County PA.)

DESCRIPTION: This will be our inaugural event for "Potters Only" clay people. Sponsored by RedFoot Pottery, Oil City Arts Council, Sandard Ceramics. Sales, demos, trade, swap, make pottery. Collectors of studio pottery will be in attendance.

Auction of pottery Friday evening 5th floor of the Arlington Hotel.

Potters of all skill levels will be there. Attending potters will be required to make a single bowl from 3#'s of clay and donate it to Oil City's newest arts venture - the clay studio now under construction in the newly renovated Transit building. All proceeds from the sale of these bowls will go to the Oil City Arts Council to help off set the cost of construction.
