Spring Flea Market

WHEN: Saturday, May 26, 2012 - 10AM to 3PM - Rain or Shine

WHERE: G.D.S. Fairgrounds,
Routes 191 & 507, Newfoundland PA 18445
(Wayne County - in the heart of the Pocono Mountains.) The fairgrounds are located behind the Elementary School.

DESCRIPTION: Greene-Dreher-Sterling Fair Association will be hosting an annual Spring Flea Market on the fairgrounds. This is an indoor and outdoor flea market with vendors, artists, crafters, farmers, people with yard sale items, etc.

There will be no admission charge for shoppers. The Fair Association will have a food stand open for the convenience of both vendors and shoppers. We have ample free parking and regular restroom faculties centrally located on the fairgrounds.

Need to clear out your attic / garage and make some cash? Want to have a yard sale but you don’t have a yard? This is the flea market for you!

Vendors Wanted!
This event will accept vendors, yard sale people, farmers and crafters.
 Inside & outside spaces vary in size based on location –
see application form for more details.
Price is $20 per space if paid prior to 5/5 (after that date add $5 per space.)
No applications will be accepted after 5/19/12.
Staggered set up will start at 7:30am and break down after 3:00pm.
Vendors must bring their own tables and chairs.

Directions to the GDS Fairgrounds: The fairgrounds are on Route 191 in Newfoundland and are right behind the South Elementary School - (for MapQuest directions use the schools address of 989 Main Street Newfoundland PA 18445.)

• From Scranton PA: Rt. 81 to Rt. 380 to 84 get off at Exit 17; take Rt. 191 to Newfoundland PA
• From Mount Pocono / Tobyhanna, PA: Rt. 196 to 423 to 191 North into Newfoundland PA
• From Stroudsburg, PA: Take Rt. 191 North to Newfoundland PA
• From Hawley, PA: Rt. 6 to 507 to 191 South to Newfoundland PA
• From Hamlin / Honesdale, PA: Rt. 191 South to Newfoundland PA
• From Canadensis, PA: Rt. 447 to 191, turn right at light in Newfoundland PA
• From Cresco, PA: Rt. 191 North to Newfoundland PA
• From Milford, PA: Rt. 84 to Exit 20, take Rt. 507 to Rt. 191 South to Newfoundland PA.
