Westmoreland Arts and Heritage Festival
WHERE: Twin Lakes Park, Greensburg PA (Westmoreland County PA.) DESCRIPTION: We are a four-day celebration of arts and heritage. There are over 220 Artist Market vendors and 40 ethnic food booths complemented by four stages of constant entertainment. For children there is the Creativity Zone with hands-on arts and craft projects, a Creative Movement Tent with dance, Yoga and drumming lessons and a stage reserved entirely for performances for children. A Heritage Trail features artists demonstrating traditional crafts such as blacksmithing, rope-making and kick-wheel pottery. Artists in residence create everything from a 25-ton sand sculpture to spray-painted wood panels. There is something for everyone! This is a free festival. Shuttle service is available for a nominal fee. Annual attendance is over 100,000. Vendors Wanted!
