Wine and Music Festival
 WHEN: Saturday and Sunday, May 19 & 20, 2012 (5th annual)
1PM to 6PM with VIP Hour Noon to 1PM.
This is an annual event that occurs every May - either the full weekend before Memorial Day or
the weekend after Memorial Day.
WHERE: York Fairgrounds (Infield), 334 Carlisle Avenue, York PA 17404
The York Expo Center and Fairgrounds are located on Route 74 near Routes 30 and 83. (York County Pennsylvania.)
DESCRIPTION: The wine festival you all love and adore is back at the York Fairgrounds with some
great new additions! Join us Saturday and Sunday from 1PM to 6PM as we bring a sampling of the many great
wineries from across the state together with live musical performances and fresh food. Enjoy the festival free of
charge, or purchase a wine sampling pass to enjoy nearly limitless wine samples in your souvenir wine glass.
New in 2012! Yorktoberfest Beer Garden: To celebrate our fifth year and the success of our sister
festival Yorktoberfest, we are adding a small beer garden to the festivities this year. $10 will get you limited
samples of PA brews in a souvenir pint glass.
Early Admission for VIP: You spoke and we listened. To further commemorate our fifth year, we are
offering VIP's a souvenir T-shirt and access to the festival an hour early!
Designated Driver Tickets: Designated Drivers are the bee's knees. Without you, we may not get home
safe, or home at all. As a thanks, make your friends pick up the tab on a DD ticket and receive free water all day
and a limited edition T-shirt!
Improved Wine Check System: Have a single bottle and can't check it? Now you can gather up a few
single bottles and check them together so you don't have to carry them around all day!
Vendors Wanted!
Arts and crafts vendors wanted.
Direct sales vendors wanted (home party vendors.)
Other vendors wanted (businesses, companies, services, organizations, non-profits, etc.)
What comes with my admission? Vendors are given the space alloted to them as well as two (2)
weekend passes to the event. Passes are redeemd at the Merchandise Area or the Front Gate. They are not VIP passes.
During registration you are also given the chance to purchase up to 4 extra Single Day tickets.
Vendor F.A.Q: Wait, what?? It's FREE to get in? YES! General Admission grants you access to
the entire festival grounds. You only pay if you want to sample. We believe this will encourage
attendance thus giving you a greater crowd to sell to!
